Differentiate yourself from the competition! Each program assumes that the student is already active and/or licensed in real estate, and has a basic knowledge and skill in real estate sales, property management, financing, law, appraisal, or a related real estate field. The level of these programs is intermediate to advanced (akin to college upper class or post-graduate courses.) Courses are presented live in sunny Arizona or Las Vegas, Nevada. (Wonderful places to visit in the Fall, Winter, or Spring.) Live courses have real estate license renewal Continuing Education (CE) credit for some states. Video, audio, and correspondence are available for certain programs, and may be accepted by certain states for renewal credit. Seminars: In most months, the Institute offers at least two special seminars focusing on a timely topic of interest to real estate practitioners and investors. These seminars are offered in conjunction with National Real Estate Education Services, and the Arizona Real Estate Investors’ Association. For example, seminars are currently offered for investors and agents relating to contra-cyclical investments, such as distressed properties, or property management. Each seminar includes an extensive manual. In-house Training: CREI also conducts in-house training for specialized brokerages and professional organizations, customized for the staff and agents of each firm. For example, CREI currently provides on-going education services to CCIM (the Central Arizona Chapter), IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management Chapter 47 - Phoenix), and the Arizona Commercial Brokers' Association, among others.
