Robert Bass is a graduate of Arizona State University and A.S.U. Law School, and was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 1978. For two years, he was the Hearing Officer for the Arizona Office of Manufactured Housing. Then for five years, he was the Administrative Law Judge for the Arizona Department of Real Estate. He presided over hundreds of disciplinary cases against real estate brokers and salespeople.

His private law practice concentrates in defending real estate licensees in Errors & Omissions claims, and in license complaint cases before the Arizona Real Estate Department. He is an Affiliate Member of the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, and has served on its Contract Forms Committee, Information Management Committee and Agency Law Task Force.

A nationally known writer and educator, Robert is a past Chairman of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the State Bar of Arizona, and is President of the Arizona Real Estate Educators Association.
