(AICP) Mr. Eubanks has over 35 years experience in planning, designing and developing all forms of the man-made environment. During the early portion of his professional career, he worked with the Planning Department of the Cities of Phoenix and Scottsdale, rising to the position of Assistant Planning Director for the City of Scottsdale. Mr. Eubanks has also served as planning consultant to numerous public clients aiding them in programming and planning for urban growth. Since 1970, Mr. Eubanks has worked with architectural, planning, engineering and development firms directing all phases of their comprehensive services. Typical commissions include preparation of due diligence studies, site analyses, and land use studies for large parcels of land, then managing the final design and construction of the projects. Mr. Eubanks served as President of GSAS, a large Phoenix based architecture and planning firm until GSAS was sold to DMJM, an international A/E firm based in Los Angeles. Mr. Eubanks served as Division Manager of the Phoenix DMJM office after the acquisition. He later gave up the administrative duties in order to devote full time to managing large scale, multi-discipline projects. In 1999, after 25 years with GSAS and DMJM, Mr. Eubanks formed his own consulting company specializing in assisting clients in the development of the built environment. Mr. Eubanks' expertise is in the organization and management of teams of professionals in the planning, design and development of buildings and large parcels of land for a wide variety of uses.
