Since 1967, Mr., Hymson's broad professional experience has included commercial and residential real estate matters, business and asset acquisitions and dispositions, finance, development, leasing, and workouts. Mr. Hymson has been designated as a Certified Real Estate Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona. He is a certificated mediator, and has mediated many cases for the Justice Court and is available for mediating private disputes. As a corporate, finance, and business lawyer, he serves a diverse clientele in Arizona, the Far East, Europe, and worldwide. His general practice areas also include personal injury and domestic relations matters. Mr. Hymson is a graduate of Temple University School of law in Philadelphia and was a published member of its Law Review. He received his B.A. from Queens College in New York City. Mr. Hymson is a member of the Arizona and New York State Bars. He writes and lectures on the art of negotiation and real estate topics.
