Jim is a Certified Land Sales Specialist and a Certified Commercial Sales Specialist. He was first working with First United Land Sales, and now is with Realty Executives Southern Arizona in Tucson. He is involved in land, commercial and industrial sales and leasing.

Jim was with the Tucson Police Department for 32 years and also with the Arizona Air National Guard. He is retired from both of these careers. During these careers, he was an instructor in many capacities and was state certified.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Arizona and has a BS degree in Business Management. He also has many post-graduate credits.
