Stuart was born and raised in Chicago, IL . After attending pharmacy school in St. Louis, he migrated to Arizona to get away from cold Midwest winters. Stuart sold his independent pharmacy in 1998. Presently, he invests full-time in the Valley's real estate market. He owns 14 single-family residences, commercial property in the East Valley, a 10-acre ranch in Cave Creek, and a 32-acre parcel in north Scottsdale. Stuart enjoys teaching for AZREIA and National Real Estate Education Seminars, playing softball, and spending time with his children Joey , Sydni, and Bayli.
