    In addition to my eight years in real estate, I have nearly twenty years experience in fundraising & capital development consulting for non-profits across America. My experience includes Colleges & Universities, Hospitals, Art Museums, Church related associations, denominations, synods & conferences. I specialized in the area of Planned Giving for ten years serving as the Director of Planned Giving for the Salvation Army Alabama Louisiana Mississippi Division & as Associate Director for the Arizona State University Foundation. While with the ASU Foundation, I sold real estate properties, both commercial & residential, which were given to the Foundation as outright & trustee real estate gifts. I consult with a variety of charitable organizations in the area of policies & procedures as it relates to accepting/rejecting charitable real estate gifts to the organization. I am a graduate of the Tax Institute in Philanthropy & hold two Masters degrees in Counseling & Higher Education Administration.
