This 45 hour, 15 class, program provides a leasing agent, new commercial agent or a residential or land agent with the basic vocabulary, forms, tools, and training to proceed with commercial listing or sales activity with confidence. It is also an excellent review for the practicing commercial agent.

Any class can be taken for renewal credit. All CCSS classes are approved for continuing education "renewal" credit by the Arizona Dept. of Real Estate and may be acceptable in many other states.

Further specialized programs include the Certified Commercial Leasing Specialist "CCLS" and Certified Land Sales Specialist "CLSS" certifications. (Call for more information.) Special event FORUMS are also offered from time to time.
