This 45 hour, 14 class, program provides a new land agent or a residential agent with the basic vocabulary, forms, tools, and training to proceed with land listing or sales activity with confidence. It is also an excellent review for the practicing land agent.

Any class can be taken for renewal credit. All CLSS classes are approved for continuing education "renewal" credit by the Arizona Dept. of Real Estate and may be acceptable in many other states.

Further specialized programs include the Certified Commercial Leasing Specialist "CCLS" and Certified Commercial Sales Specialist "CCSS" certifications. Special event FORUMS are also offered from time to time.
