It includes classes on commercial sales practice, commercial leasing procedures and forms, and land sales basics, along with practical tools to start such practice. With completion of all 14 classes and passing a comprehensive final examination, the Institute will provide the student with a certificate of completion, and a license to use the title Certified Commercial Practitioner ™ "CCP". This program will enable the student to assess which area in which they choose to Specialize: commercial sales, commercial leasing, or land sales.
