Commercial Real Estate Classes. I'm always looking for new ways to further my education and make more money. Once I received my Certified Commercial Sales Specialist Certification, I transferred my Real Estate License to my company's Commercial Division and have increased my income substantially. I liked the classes so much that I continued my education and received my Commercial Land Sales Specialist Certification. instruction for newbies in commercial real
estate, CREI is an invaluable practical, up-to-the-minute source for refresher training for veterans taught by hands on professional practioners in the field. To Mike, the Instructors, and Staff of the Commercial Real Estate Institute, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the training and ongoing support that the Commercial Real Estate Institute has provided to me over the past few years. Your Instructors and Staff are professional, informative, and eager to assist current and former students towards positive results in real world transactions. During the time that I attended classes towards both the CLSS and CCSS designations, I had already begun working on multiple large scale commercial and land transactions and I seemed to have more questions than answers at that time. You and your instructors were more than happy to devote not only class time, but also personal time to helping me close those deals successfully. Over the past few years, I have looked to the Commercial Real Estate Institute and its referral network of specialists for additional assistance. Each time, I have experienced positive results.
